My son is really into astronomy so he loved this book. He had fun looking at all the different constellations, especially since he already knew some of them. Of course we had to take breaks in the middle of reading so that he could try some of the yoga poses. If you like yoga and star gazing, this is the perfect book for you and your children. The illustrations are great at easily showing you the constellation shapes. You can even take the book outside with you so your child can compare the illustrations to the real thing. We were able to see cassiopeia pretty clearly last night. The back of the book has a section with all of the poses for yoga that you can try with your kids.
