The story was very cute. Freddy is a fearless little fox and he just loves to run as fast as he can. His sister, Fiona, warns him not to run too fast or he might go too far and get lost. As he goes super fast towards the forest, he gets his feet all muddy and leaves a trail on Skipper the Skunk’s lawn. Then Freddy is running too fast and crashes into a pond full of ducks. Then he runs by Beatrice Bear so fast that he knocks Beatrice’s berries into the air. He’s so hungry that he comes back and snatches some up. Freddy takes off again into the woods. But now he is lost. He doesn’t recognize where he is. Luckily a nice ring-tailed cat named Reno was there. He offered to walk Freddy home. As Freddy told Reno about his day, Reno helped Freddy realize that he hadn’t listened to everyone that day and was going too fast. Together they come up with a plan to make amends with the animals. One by one Freddy makes it right and Freddy learns an important lesson. 
I really enjoyed this cute story. It had lots of fun parts that my son enjoyed but it also had a great lesson about listening and helping others. I think kids would love the adventures of Freddy and the parents should love it for the lessons their kids could learn. The illustrations were great. Nice and clean looking, real high quality.
