This was such a beautiful book and written by a 10 year old. My kids love the aquarium by our house, so this was a fun read for them. Teja takes us on a trip to the St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station. My kids liked hearing about the Garra fish because they tickle you as they clean your skin. The shrimp cleaned Teja’s fingernails and tickled her too. We get to see otters, turtles, jellyfish, clown fish, and stingrays. The last tank they see is the octopus tank. Teja has to try and find it because it's hidden. They leave the aquarium and get lemonade from a stand. Teja proclaims, “this is the best day ever!”. This is a great book for kids and parents to enjoy together. It will remind you of family trips and taking your kids to the aquarium or zoo. Join in on the fun with Teja and her family.
