I was blown away with the rhyming in this one. It truly is great. Every page just seems so effortlessly written and the rhyming fits perfectly with the story. The 3rd book was even better than the 2nd. I think this series will be good enough to have a box set in stores one day. I love all the imagination these Grooty books bring. In this one, Katie and Grooty come upon a dragon in a cave who was the last to hatch and had no one to help him. He can’t fly or breathe fire. But with Katie and Grooty’s help, he learns to become a true dragon. With all of the Grooty books, this one is also about friendship and kindness. I don’t know what it is but I just love reading them and going on each little adventure with Grooty and Katie. The amazing rhyming and cute stories are just purr-fect!
