I was really happy to receive this book. It was one of the most entertaining books my kids and I have read in a while. The characters of Granny Mae and Harry are hilarious. My son was actually laughing out loud at some of the things that Mae was hearing wrong. The characters, the writing, the illustrations, everything just seemed so perfect. This is the kind of book I expect to see made by a top publishing company and on the shelves at Barnes & Noble. This is an instant classic to me and one I will re-read again and again with my kids. Even though the two characters weren’t romantic in the book, I got that feeling that I did when watching the beginning of the movie UP. They just seem perfect together.
