Also known as The Black Mamba, Kobe Bryant was a legendary basketball player who inspired millions all over the world with his superb skill in basketball and unparalleled will to win. In addition to the numerous feats and achievements he accomplished on the court, Kobe also made his mark as a successful entrepreneur and philanthropist. He passed away tragically along with one of his daughters (Gianna Bryant) in a helicopter accident in 2020. Yet, his legacy remains alive and burns brightly in the hearts of his fans to this day.

This was a wonderful biography about the life of Kobe Bryant. My son is just starting to shoot hoops in the driveway this year and he really enjoyed reading it and seeing Kobe from when he was a young boy to what he became. It helps show how someone can achieve a life goal and become great at something. There were things in the book that I didn’t even know about Kobe yet so it was nice to learn something new. I thought this book was on par with all of the other Inspired Inner Genius books. They are all nicely written in a way that is fun for kids and teaches them great history lessons about famous people. I’d be shocked to not see these in your kids' schools in the future.
