What kind of polar bear doesn't like fish? A Peter kind of polar bear, that's what kind! Peter's mummy, his daddy and even his teacher have tried to get Peter to eat his fish, but he has made up his mind. Peter has had a very good look, and he definitely does not like fish. This beautifully simple story will encourage the pickiest of eaters to keep an open mind when there's a new food to try! 
I really enjoyed the simpleness of the story. A bear that just does not want to eat his fish and everyone trying to get him to eat. I thought the illustrations were very well done. I love all of the full color pages. The story is very cute and I think it resonates with a lot of parents and kids that are picky eaters. As I was reading it to my son, I stopped and pointed at him and said “this bear is just like you.” My son is terrible at dinner time and just by looking at something he will say “ew, I hate this.” Half of the time we will get him to try it and he will realize that he actually does like the food. So, I thought this book was perfect for us. I would definitely recommend this cute story to anyone with a picky eater in the house. There are also 2 pages in the back of the book, a fun activity to try and match up items to the correct character and reading comprehension question page.
