This book was perfect for my son who is also very anxious. Emphasis on the very. He cannot control himself sometimes. I really enjoyed the story and the relationship between Annie and Cameron. The close bond between the characters is one of the best I have ever read. The way they interacted together, I was expecting this to one day turn into these two getting married. This book is a great way to show kids that they can feel anxious sometimes but they need to find ways to calm themselves down. This book will show some great examples of how to control anxiety. You will see examples like counting stars, confiding in a friend, and learning wisdom from an old man. 

Favorite part of the book: I loved when Cameron showed up at her play with a painting of stars so that Annie could see it and calm herself down.
