Cinnamon and Sugar want to have a tea party, and Chance and Ginger love the idea! They invite all their friends and ask them to wear bow ties or ribbons for the festive occasion. But not everyone has a bow-tie or ribbon. Will they have a chance to attend the tea party too?

Boy, this adventure with Chance and Ginger had the whole gang. My son and I always enjoy the Chance and Ginger books and think it's so cute and such a great idea for illustrations to have the stuffed animals looking so life-like. I love seeing them climbing out of the window and up to sneak cookies. Something about it always makes us laugh. This story is about Cinnamon and Sugar wanting to have a tea party and Chance and Ginger love the idea. They start going around to all of their friends to invite them to the party. You will meet some other cute stuffed animals like chipmunks, a dog, a donkey, a frog, a giraffe, a cat, a lamb, and a mouse. They are joined by some real creatures, a dog, a squirrel, some birds, a couple of cats, a lizard, butterflies and a group of ladybugs. The story is very cute and has a really great surprise ending with the tea party actually being a surprise birthday party for Chance. I think this is a great type of book for kids. You can have your children use their stuffed animals at home to try and create stories for themselves just like this one.
