Captain Rosie and her coast guarding team, 'The Coasties’, are up in the air in their bird-plane, Skylar. The team consists of Captain Rosie, Lil’ Miss Fixit, Harley Cub, Mr. Ribbitz, and Doc Bunderful. As they hover over the Red Herring Sea they spot a group of polar bears from the crew of the Polar Express, in trouble. They are stuck on an ice block with crashing waves. Mr. Ribitz dives down to rescue them. Read to find out if Rosie and the crew can save them.

I thought this was a great thrilling book for kids. It reminds me a lot of Paw Patrol. When I first showed my son the book, he thought that's what it was. The illustrations are great. The illustrator does work for video games and TV so they look amazing. This is very entertaining and teaches kids about friendship and teamwork. My favorite part was just the characters themselves. I thought they were unique and fun. I liked Mr. Ribbitz (frog) and Doc Bunderful (bunny) the best.
