ABOUT THE AUTHOR Michael James is a poet, educator, and author of the new picture book Random Gamp. He holds a master’s degree in education. Michael teaches high school biosciences in Mississippi, where he lives with his wife and children. He spends his time traveling, reading, and building wooden boats when he’s not writing or teaching. ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR Irene Bofill a freelance illustrator currently living in Valencia. Irene graduated in Fine Arts and then studied for a master’s in design and illustration at the Polythecnic University of Valencia. During this time she spent one year at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Bolonia on an Erasmus internship and that was where she decided to completely dedicate herself to illustration.
